Once you have placed an order and payment has been received, all orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days using Australia Post.

We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped. We will provide information including consignment and tracking numbers so that you can view how your package is travelling.

If you have not received your order within 10 business days after receiving your email confirmation please contact us on info@simpleandsweetgifts.com.au and we will look into it for you.

Local Pickup

If you selected the local pick up option, generally order can take 3 to 5 business days to process. Once your order has been completed you will be notified via email with instructions on pick up information. Please ensure you have your order confirmation with you on pickup.
