Candle Care

BURN TIME
To prevent tunnelling and create a candle memory, the first time you light your candle let the wax melt all the way to the edge of the glass. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
.
TRIM WICK BEFORE EVERY USE
Always trim the wick before relighting. Trimming the wick will help your candle stay alight, burn evenly and longer. Trim by pinching the charcoal off the wick with a tissue or using a pair of wick trimmers. It's important to do this before each burn as the charcoal can cause the candle to go out.
.
AVOID DRAUGHTS
Candles burn best in still air but if you can't avoid draughts, turn the candle periodically to avoid uneven burning and possible candle collapse. A candle in a draught may also start to smoke.
.
CANDLE STORAGE
Candles are sensitive to temperature and light. Fragrances with a vanilla content may yellow if exposed to sunlight or fluorescent light, this is normal and does not affect the burning of the candle. Store your candles in an upright position.
.
PUTTING CANDLES OUT
It is always best to use a candle snuffer rather than blowing out to prevent wicks from drifting off centre and to avoid wax splash. This will help maximise the candles burn time.
.
KEEP THE BURN POOL CLEAN
If you get any black at the rim of your glass simply wipe it away with a damp cloth, this may be a sign that your wick is to long or your candle is being burning for longer than 4 hours.
CANDLE FROSTING
As we use 100% natural soy wax, please be aware that there may be slight imperfections such as frosting which is a white crystalline layer that forms on the surface of natural waxes such as soy. This is a natural effect of soy wax and only occurs throughout vegetable waxes. Frosting takes place when the natural wax used to make candles tried to return to its natural state. Please keep in mind frosting will not at all affect how your candle performs and this is in indication that we are using 100% natural soy wax.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Do not leave your candle unattended.
Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours.
Keep candles out of direct sunlight and away from hot temperatures.

WARNING: FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT IN FIRE, HAZARD OR INJURY

Diffuser Care

Simply turn the reeds over once a week to recharge and release a new wave of scent. Keep out of direct sunlight or hot areas to avoid the liquid from evaporating faster.
.
DIRECTIONS OF USE
STEP 1 Place reed sticks in the oil and allow for them to soak the fragrance for one hour.
STEP 2 After 1 hour, flip the reeds to saturate the other end of the reeds.
STEP 3 Flip reeds every time you notice the scent dissipating.
Expect a light fragrance after 24 hours.
.
WARNING
  • Do not light the diffuser reeds.
  • Ensure your Reed Diffuser is placed out of reach of children and pets.
  • Ensure your Reed Diffuser is in an area it will not be knocked over.
  • If spilt, clean the area immediately as the liquid may damage surfaces.
  • Keep away from electrical appliances
